Goals:
The Expert Robot Programming Training is aimed at the programming personnel for KUKA industrial robots. Building on the "Advanced Robot Programming" training, programming knowledge and skills are extended and deepened in this training. You will learn methods for implementing complex tasks as structured robot programs. This is done using the high-level programming language KRL.

  • Return motion strategy / fault strategy

Prerequisites- Training "Advanced Robot Programming Course

Trainee Eligibility

  • Student: B.Tech / Diploma
  • Working Professionals: Minimum 6 months of experience
Training Outcomes -
  • Covers the classifications, characteristics, and functions of industrial robots as well as basic safety precautions for working with robots.
  • Covers different methods of protecting workers from industrial robot accidents.
  • Covers the function of structured programming, their methodology & conceptualization.
  • Covers the fundamental concepts of Variables, subprograms, function, Data list & Data manipulation in the depth of robotic programming.
  • Covers the fundamental concepts of Project execution, Robot anti-collision measures.
  • Covers the fundamental final Creation of user-defined messages, Interrupt programming.
  • Covers the functions of Trigger statement, Return motion strategy / fault strategy.
  • Covers the fundamental concepts of Digital and analog I/O instructions.
  • Describes the various types of end effectors and their uses. It also explains the issue of compliance and describes how to maintain end effectors.
  • Covers the most common applications of industrial robots.
  • Introduced to the troubleshooting process and will learn how to identify problems and their causes. It will also go through some problems specific to robots and identify common causes and solutions.
